Alten Software Engineer interview experience

First I had HR, then I met an account manager associated with the client. The final step was the client-side interview panel, which was the last checkpoint before everything wrapped up.

I never got the impression that the process was chaotic or overly complicated. The order of steps made sense to me, and the flow was easy to follow from one round to the next. I didn’t end up sure how the process works for other roles, but for this software engineer track it felt organized enough that I could focus on answering the questions rather than worrying about logistics.
