I started with a call with a recruiter where we went through my background.

It was mainly about getting a sense of my experience and then setting expectations for what came next.

A little later I joined an online interview with a business manager. The conversation covered my experience and skills, and they also spent time explaining the company and how they approach learning and growth. The format felt straightforward: I had about ten minutes to talk about myself, and then they asked questions as the discussion went on. It felt like a normal, structured conversation rather than a technical grilling, and the overall tone was pretty calm.
