I had a phone call with an HR lead who first presented the company and the sector they operate in.

Then we discussed my university experience as a recent graduate and what I was most interested in.

After that, they asked me to compile a dossier of competencies and send it by email. The initial informational stage went fine, but after I sent the dossier, they didn’t follow up to set a technical interview. That missing step made the process feel like it went quiet at the exact moment it should have moved forward.
