I was contacted through Alma Laurea first by phone to discuss my intentions.

After that, there was a preliminary video interview where they presented a set of projects that might match me.

Eventually we agreed on a technical interview date, and that session included technicians from the client as well. The fact that client technicians joined made the technical part feel more authentic rather than purely internal. The process didn’t end with an offer, but the sequence felt well thought out.
