I first interviewed with a manager, and the conversation started with what I knew about the position.

The manager also asked questions about the role itself, and when my answers weren’t correct or were unclear, they would step in and clarify the dynamics.

Beyond that, I got a specific question about the difference between two main services they offer: selling a single consultant versus delivering a full project using their consultants. It was a pretty practical kind of discussion, and it made the process feel like they wanted me to understand how the business works, not just the job title.
