Alten Software Engineer interview experience

I noticed a pattern where the person leading the process didn’t seem to have the credibility you’d expect from someone representing an engineering role.

After interviewing for a role linked to a client I was excited about, I repeatedly had to follow up with the same person, even several times. That lack of respect and attention to basic communication stood out strongly and ultimately made the whole experience feel unbearable.
