GrenoblePosted Jan 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with a phone call with HR, then moved to a business manager conversation about my expectations and what structure I’d join.

After that, I had a technical interview with the engineer who would act as my lead, mainly to present the project in more detail.

The overall sequence made sense: screening first, then alignment about the role, and then specifics through a technical stakeholder. The part that stood out most was how the final interview was used to translate the project from an overview into something more concrete.
