I had a first knowledge screen and then an online assessment that had a strict time limit.

The test covered technical topics and included both coding and work on a database query side, which made it feel more hands-on than a typical screening.

After I completed that, I went into a technical interview and then the process moved to a contract proposal stage. The overall flow felt structured: test first, then the real technical conversation, and finally the formal offer movement right after.
