The interviews were fast and very clear, and the whole process was pushed to happen quickly.

Over the course of three days, I ended up doing four interviews, and at the end they confirmed they would move forward with a proposal.

What stood out was how streamlined it felt in the moment—like they were trying to keep momentum and keep everything moving without delays. Even with that speed, I still had the lingering feeling that the process was about getting to the finish line quickly, so I stayed alert to how things would progress after the confirmation.
