My coding and screening process was laid out in three steps, all online via Teams.

First was a phone call with attitudinal questions to understand my mindset and how I work.

The second step was a conversational teams interview where they assessed soft skills and explained the project in detail. The third step was technical and also on Teams, focusing on my past experience and asking questions about programming concepts. In my case, they were specifically interested in object-oriented programming in Java, and many of the questions felt more theoretical than hands-on.
