Alten Software Engineer interview experience

From there, I moved into an online technical assessment centered on C/C++.

In that technical stage, the questions weren’t just conceptual—they included what felt like practical evaluation. One prompt asked me to work with object-oriented programming ideas like classes, polymorphism, and inheritance, and I had to write code for a small algorithmic task: finding the minimum in the first half of an array and the maximum in the second half. The assessment was time-constrained, and the difficulty felt fair and aligned with what the role would require.

After the test, I had an online interview
