Alten Software Engineer interview experience

I remember it feeling straightforward overall, but the communication around the process wasn’t very clear to me. The interviews didn’t feel like a back-and-forth where I had to answer lots of technical questions; it was more like I was being listened to and moved along.

The process stopped and I never made it past that point. The impression I got was that it was related to visa requirements, but they didn’t make the reason explicit, so I was left trying to infer what happened. Even with how quick and simple the earlier steps felt, the end result was just a hard stop without any real clarity.
