From the start, I could tell this was going to be leadership-heavy.

After a campus recruiter call to set up a phone screening, I was told I would go through multiple interviews with several VPs, followed by additional leadership-level conversations including a senior VP video interview and then an onsite with more VP-level interviews. It was a lengthy sequence, and the structure felt like it was designed to validate me repeatedly at different management layers.

In the technical portions, the questions covered the expected range—data structures and algorithms, along with object-oriented topics like OOP and design patterns, and also database-related questions.
