AllianceBernstein Software Engineer interview experience

There wasn’t a whiteboard, and the problem work happened in a real development environment using Visual Studio. The programming task itself was straightforward if I had the right experience, and the emphasis was mainly on data structures.

The interviewers were friendly and helpful, and the vibe stayed positive the whole time. I didn’t get an offer, but the whole thing still felt enjoyable—I genuinely had fun working through the problem even though it came down to a close decision.
