After a recruiter phone call, I was scheduled for a 30-minute meeting with the general HR person.

That conversation felt pretty straightforward and focused on my interest in the company and my background—nothing overly technical, just getting a sense of who I was and why I was applying.

If that went well, I then met the person hiring for the role, which was the department manager. The process moved quickly from there: after that interview, I was called back for a second round that included the hiring manager and their own manager. Overall, it felt like a structured hiring path that stayed aligned with my questions about the role and company.
