Los Angeles, CAPosted Sep 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After I got hired, I ended up transferred, and the transition ended up changing my perspective on the company.

I described the experience as being treated poorly, with very little work provided even when I showed that I was ready and available.

The problem wasn’t my ability to do the job—it was how I was managed after getting in. The experience felt frustrating rather than supportive, and it shaped how I thought about the process and the day-to-day reality. Even though I had secured the position, I left the overall experience feeling like the company’s priorities were misaligned with what employees needed.
