My experience started with a fairly basic, one-on-one behavioral interview.

I was asked why I applied for the position, what I knew about the company, and questions about my work experience—plus some prompts around style and how I fit the role.

What stood out most wasn’t the questions, it was how the process ended. After meeting them, I didn’t feel like I was handled professionally: I kept waiting to hear back and ended up being left hanging with no clear update on whether I was selected. The lack of follow-up made the whole thing feel unprofessional, especially since I had already done the interview and was expecting at least a proper response.
