My path started with a coding challenge, and I prepared using LeetCode medium-style practice because that seemed aligned with what they wanted.

After that, I received an online math assessment with multiple-choice questions, and I had to explain my thought process in front of the camera. That format made everything feel more performative than a typical take-home.

Then I had a technical call that focused mainly on stats and probability. I also experienced the evaluation as a staged funnel—when I didn’t clear a later round, the process ended rather abruptly. What stayed consistent for me was that the math-heavy components weren’t just about correctness; they were about how clearly I could reason and communicate while answering.
