My process went through multiple interview rounds and eventually ended with an in-office final round.

Everyone I met during that last stage felt supportive and genuinely nice, which made the final conversation feel calmer than I expected after all the earlier steps.

Even though I didn’t get the job in the end, I enjoyed the process overall because it didn’t feel adversarial. The final round atmosphere stood out most to me—by that point, it was less about trying to catch me and more about seeing how I would handle the conversation.
