AkunaCapital Quantitative Researcher interview experience

The sequence felt classic: I had an HR call first, then one online interview, and then the final interview which was either online or onsite depending on scheduling.

What dragged things down was the timing after the final round. The result came back very slowly; it took about a month after the final interview to hear anything. I didn’t receive an offer, and even though the conversations themselves felt workable, the long wait made the process feel uncertain at the end and harder to interpret emotionally.
