I experienced a fairly long online-heavy process where the first coding test ran for about 150 minutes.

After that, I went into an online video math test with five multiple-choice questions, and I had to record video responses to explain my reasoning for each answer. That was the part that really stood out because it forced me to verbalize my thinking instead of just choosing options.

Next was a phone interview centered on math probability, and then I reached an onsite stage. The whole sequence felt like a standard trading-shop pipeline, with each step filtering for both quantitative ability and communication under time pressure. I didn’t get an offer, but the process itself felt coherent end
