MadridPosted Jun 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I ran into broken communication—promises to continue quickly or to proceed with the next interview, followed by silence or rude cancellations.

Recruiter screen (possibly mixed HR/technical) — I was told I would get rapid feedback and proceed immediately.
Technical/next-round setup — In one case, I was supposed to continue with a client interview the same week but never received follow-up; in another, I was asked to test coding abilities (e.g., via a platform), but didn’t get the next step.
Inconsistent scheduling/role mismatch — One experience included an abrupt statement that there was no point to interview due to a hybrid/remote mismatch, even after the recruiter said it was fully remote. Outcome: No offer;
