I had an average interview experience that turned into poor communication, with delays and ghosting that made the process feel unreliable.

Initial phone / HR step — I started with HR and then progressed toward additional interviews.
Teams / subsequent technical step — I was scheduled for an interview (including technical discussions in later steps), but follow-through broke down afterward.
Expected follow-up that never came — I experienced no clear updates or next steps even after reminders. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the main takeaway was that communication and timelines were not dependable.
