AKKODIS Software Engineer interview experience

I started with a first phone call, then did a video conversation that lasted about an hour. After that, there was a final call focused on aligning the salary package.

In the interviews themselves, the vibe was friendly and easy-going. I spent time presenting my CV—around ten minutes—then we discussed what functions and responsibilities I’d be looking at. Across the HR-style conversations, the topic of remote work and the kind of conditions that could vary depending on the client came up as part of how they plan projects and assignments.
