I experienced an evaluation flow that included an aptitude/coding-game style test covering tools and concepts, followed by HR/business manager discussion and then an offer stage.

Online aptitude/coding-game — I completed an online test with multiple sections including technical aptitude and logic (and in one version, a coding-game style set around Java/SQL/Git/Hibernate).
HR / business manager interview — After the test, I had an HR and/or business manager round.
Final decision / offer — The process ended with a hiring decision and an offer proposal. Outcome: No offer; despite a structured assessment and some offer-stage signals, it didn’t close with hiring.
