AKKODIS Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Medium

Negative

LillePosted Apr 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced a low-stakes, introduction-heavy pipeline where they reviewed possible projects and kept things mostly easy, sometimes with decent speed.

Intro/video + project overview — I did an online session focused on my introduction and a presentation of possible projects, with no difficult questions.
Fit decision + next steps — I was asked what projects would suit me and whether I wanted another interview.
Recruitment + business manager(s) — In one similar flow, I had an HR conversation, then business manager discussions, and a final stage to conclude the process. Outcome: No offer; the interviews were smooth, but the process ended without a conversion.
