ToulousePosted May 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a fast, mostly conversational process for the Software Engineer role, with little technical depth and a smooth, recruiter-friendly pace.

Initial recruiter touchpoint — a quick contact (often to confirm interest and basic fit) with limited job detail.
Manager/people discussion — a call with a business/project or area manager about preferences and professional projection; little to no technical questioning.
Client/role-fit step — a direct meeting with the client or the team I’d support, focusing on expected duties and project context rather than coding.
HR wrap-up (sometimes) — a final HR discussion to present or confirm next steps and align on logistics.
Outcome: I didn’t see a consistent offer
