I applied and went through recruiter coordination, and then I had interviews with multiple levels of the hierarchy.

The early steps felt normal—HR first, and then additional conversations that included at least one technical component and later rounds that leaned more toward assessing my general profile.

What really hurt the experience wasn’t the interviews as much as what happened afterward. After the set of four conversations, there was no response and none of the contacts—including the recruiter—responded to emails, even though things had seemed human and okay during the calls. The total lack of closure made it feel like my time wasn’t respected, and by the end I had essentially been left hanging.
