It was a quick, short process where I ended up being shortlisted based on my resume and then pulled into an assessment shared with other shortlisted students.

After the assessment, there was an interview round scheduled, and I attended it around late May.

The main constraint was that they only selected a small number of students from that group—four in total—and I wasn’t one of them. From start to finish it felt like just a couple of days, and while it wasn’t complicated step-by-step, the competitiveness was immediate. I didn’t receive an offer, and the feeling was simply that I didn’t make the cut after the selection funnel.
