I got reached out through a job portal by a recruiter, and she requested my resume for internal review before scheduling my first round.

That first interview was arranged a few days later with senior engineers.

The technical part was set up through HackerRank, and it took place after the initial scheduling. The process felt reasonably paced based on the dates—resume reviewed first, then the HackerRank interview shortly after. I didn’t get an offer, and the only concrete technical detail I had was that the first round was conducted on the HackerRank platform.
