My process started with a test that was almost entirely MCQ-based.

The coding side was light: a very easy data structure question involving arrays and strings, plus a single SQL question. There were also a few personality questions.

What helped was that the feedback felt objective, including topics that I needed to improve. Even with the difficulty labeled easy and the tone being straightforward, I didn’t receive an offer—though the feedback helped me understand where they thought I fell short.
