I got a code challenge that was fine, but the whole experience didn’t really respect my time.

After that, I reached a technical interview stage and then received a rejection a couple of days later.

What bothered me more than the rejection was how HR communication dropped off. The HR person who had been good at following up went to radio silence. Even when I reached out asking for feedback, it was promised but never arrived.

I didn’t get an offer. My honest reflection was that the lack of closure made the whole process feel sloppy compared to how well the earlier follow-ups had gone.
