The recruiter stage already had a slightly off feel to it.

In one conversation, the HR contact came across unfriendly and then the interview wrapped up with trivia-style quiz questions that felt disconnected from the actual job. Communication after that was inefficient, and I didn’t feel like the process was being managed with much care.

Another time, the recruiter screen itself went okay, but the bigger issue was how disorganized everything felt—no clear answers to my questions, and even in the technical screen the interviewer seemed unprepared and distracted. The overall vibe was that nobody was paying close attention from the start.
