My interview included a lot of language-specific questioning, especially around Java, but the flow felt a bit unfocused.

The interviewer asked many detailed facts and specific knowledge points without really confirming whether I was already strong in that language from the beginning.

It didn’t feel like the discussion was trying to calibrate my skill level; it felt more like the questions were happening in isolation.

I was rejected. Looking back, the process felt average in difficulty but rough in execution because the interview didn’t feel tightly targeted.
