My first step was a recruiter phone screen that lasted about 30–60 minutes.

After that, I did a LeetCode-style algorithm segment, then went into a combined system design and problem-solving challenge.

Later, I had a final interview with leaders, including leadership/managerial-style questions, and the process concluded with a background check. The overall pace felt pretty standard for a multi-stage interview, and the steps were clearly laid out.

I ultimately received an offer. The part that felt most important was how the interview didn’t just test coding—it also pushed me to think through design and problem solving before meeting with leaders.
