My process started with a virtual recruiter meeting where we talked at a high level about the role.

The recruiter said they’d follow up, but after that the communication just disappeared. I kept reaching out a few times over email, and I never received a reply.

It left a really sour impression because it felt unprofessional and rude. I still wasn’t offered anything, and the main takeaway wasn’t even about the technical work—it was how the process ended and how long it took to get closure.
