Airwallex Software Engineer interview experience

During the interview, the recruiter was working on something else on a laptop, and I had to repeat my answers multiple times.

It made the whole interaction feel dismissive and gave me a bad impression of the company right away.

I didn’t get an offer. Looking back, the process felt careless, and that attention to engagement mattered more than I expected.
