Airwallex Software Engineer interview experience

I had an HR call first, then an online assignment, and then a final coding interview alongside a hiring manager interview. Even though it was presented as a fast-paced environment, I couldn’t reconcile that with how unresponsive and unorganized HR felt.

After the final stage, they essentially ghosted me—no follow-up, no closure, just silence. The whole experience left me with the impression that once I’d done the work, they didn’t manage the remaining steps responsibly.
