I met with the recruiter first, and then I went through rounds that included a staff engineer conversation focused on experience.

After that, there was a take-home or live coding style design challenge.

Overall, there wasn’t much feedback coming out of the process, but the one positive I kept was that the recruiter was responsive and the scheduling/progress moved quickly enough for me to either reach the next stage or get rejected without dragging.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the experience felt relatively manageable compared to interviews that are slow or hard to coordinate. The main gap for me was the lack of detailed feedback once the process ended.
