I went through an online assessment that was fairly neutral, covering a wide range of topics.

It included questions about the company’s history and values, plus coding-style questions in Python and SQL. There were also system design questions, probability prompts, and some brainstorming tasks.

After the assessment, I had a short chat with a team member for about 15 minutes. That led into a live coding session that lasted roughly an hour.

I didn’t get an offer, but the process felt like it was genuinely testing breadth rather than just focusing on one narrow type of skill. The assessment stood out most because it spanned from company knowledge to technical reasoning.
