Airwallex Software Engineer interview experience

The people I spoke with were friendly and professional throughout, and the process felt smooth.

Still, I didn’t pass that stage. They have since changed the position to a director title, which made me wonder if the bar shifted.

I wasn’t offered the role. My reflection was that the interview itself was positive, but it still showed how competitive the process was for that specific level.
