My process began with a recruiter phone screening on Zoom, where I discussed my previous experience and also covered general technical topics.

After that, I sat in a call with engineers and walked through more technical questions, then did a live coding segment with my screen shared.

Later, I had a final conversation with an engineering manager, and then there were offer-related discussions. The vibe throughout was friendly, and the interviewers made it feel like a real conversation rather than just rapid questioning.

I ended up receiving an offer. Honestly, what helped the most was how the process stayed personable even as the technical bar stayed real.
