I had a longer recruiting timeline with multiple interviews, then a quiet onsite follow-through and a vague rejection later.

Multiple interviews (over ~6 weeks) — I went through several rounds.
Onsite + core values — the onsite was followed by core values considerations.
No feedback after onsite — I heard nothing immediately after the onsite.
Rejection with limited detail — about two weeks later, I received a rejection with only “the team liked you.” Outcome: Rejected; it felt like the decision-making was opaque and feedback-light.
