Los Angeles, CAPosted May 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After some phone interviews that felt genuinely positive, I reached the assessment stage, and that’s where everything turned.

They added a personality assessment and an aptitude test, and the expectation was clearly tied to completing the test. I didn’t finish the aptitude portion, so I wasn’t moved forward even though the earlier conversations went well.

What surprised me was how impersonal the decision felt once the testing started. The feedback didn’t really account for the quality of the conversations; it came down to whether I completed that assessment portion in time. The whole experience left me with the impression that the process wasn’t very inclusive of how people do in real problem-solving settings
