Santa Clara, CAPosted May 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After I connected with the hiring manager by phone for about 30 minutes, the process moved quickly.

Roughly a week and a half later, I got an onsite invitation.

My onsite experience was the big chunk of the loop—about 2.5 hours with five rounds that mixed behavioral and technical discussions. The atmosphere felt structured and focused on both how I handled situations and how I thought through role-related technical topics.

A week and a half after the onsite, I received an offer letter. Honestly, even though the schedule was fairly tight, the overall flow felt organized enough that I didn’t feel rushed, and I walked away feeling like they understood what they were looking for.
