My process looked like a standard flow: I started with a phone interview, and then moved to an onsite with multiple teams.

On the in-person day, there was also a short presentation component that I had to prepare for alongside the conversations.

Everyone I spoke with was pleasant overall, which made the experience feel comfortable even though the schedule was demanding. After the onsite interview, I was rejected.

What really lingered was that I didn’t receive any feedback after I emailed to ask why. I ended up not knowing what specifically didn’t land, and that lack of closure made the process feel unfinished.
