Advantage Solutions Account Executive interview experience

My recruiter had to reschedule last-minute multiple times, and by the time I finally spoke with someone, the whole thing already felt off. The phone interview and then a Skype interview were both pretty uncomfortable, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that the structure wasn’t solid.

What made it worse was the cadence: I ended up with multiple interviews where it didn’t quite feel like I was being tested in a consistent way. The third step was in person, but it mostly turned into high-level information about the job rather than a real interview where I could show how I’d handle the role.
