My interview journey for this role was unusual in structure and felt moderately difficult, with multiple scripted steps and some process disruption.

Online shortlisting — Candidates were screened based on CGPA, with people who had active backlogs still considered.
GD (group discussion) — The group discussion was online, but the invigilator left mid-round; it lasted around 10–15 minutes.
PI (personal interview) — A subsequent personal interview followed the GD step as the final stage. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that the overall structure felt rigid and not fully handled with care.
