Advantage Solutions Account Executive interview experience

The difficulty level felt intentionally challenging and a little unusual compared to typical interviews.

The assessment included letter and word-style puzzles where I had to unscramble a group of letters that matched a provided word, then enter the last letter of the result. It also included an exercise designed to test whether I could perceive things in three dimensions. I didn’t receive an offer after that stage, and I walked away feeling like the testing was the deciding factor more than any conversation with a hiring manager.
