Advantage Solutions Account Executive interview experience

It started with an initial phone interview, then I moved to a face-to-face meeting that included not just my current supervisor, but also their supervisor.

After that, I had a final phone interview with the general manager. Overall it was definitely more demanding than the early stages I’d done elsewhere—there was a sense that each round was meant to go deeper and narrow in on fit.

By the end I received an offer, but the effort level stayed high throughout because I kept having to re-explain my background and reasoning across multiple decision-makers.
